Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website to browse the menu, place an order, or submit a Bake Event request with Darling Dough Co.. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, you're welcome to reach out to me directly instead.

Orders and availability

Placing an order through this site is a request, not a guaranteed sale. I confirm every order directly with you, and items, pricing, and availability can change without notice. I'll always let you know before fulfilling an order if something you requested isn't available.

Signing in

The admin dashboard requires signing in with Google, restricted to bakery staff. Separately, you can optionally create a customer account using Google Sign-In — this is never required to place an order or contact me, and you can always proceed as a guest instead. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your own Google account secure; I don't create or store a password for you. See the Privacy Policy for what information I receive when you sign in.

No warranty

I do my best to keep this site accurate and available, but I provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for issues arising from your use of the site, beyond what's required by law.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
